I am currently studying my AS-Levels (got a Maths module in 2 hours :( ) and I stumbled upon this great blog when searching Google for the words Japanese Studies at Sheffield University, as it is what I intend to do at university. Anyway, the website you link to on your Gap Year page has peaked my interests, as I too want to take a Gap Year in Japan, with my only prior problem being that I just couldn't find an organisation that had a structure build up for one, like the one Project Trust has.
